Welcome to PIO 2025
Dear Participants,
Welcome to the Paris Immuno-Oncology (PIO) Conference 2025, held on June 16-17, 2025, at the historic Cordeliers Campus in Paris.
This year’s event focuses on two key themes: Tumor Immunology & Immunotherapy and the Microbiota-Immune Interface. Together, we will explore the links between cancer, immunity, and the microbiota, and discuss innovative therapeutic strategies to harness the body’s ecosystem against cancer.
Join leading experts in oncology, immunology, and microbiology as we advance these critical conversations in the heart of Paris.
Warm regards,
Prof. Guido Kroemer
President, EATI
Organizers

EUROPEAN ACADEMY OF TUMOR IMMUNOLOGY
European Academy of Tumor Immunology (EATI) promotes all areas of tumor immunology, considered as a continuum between fundamental, translational and clinical research, as well as the practical implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in routine clinical practice.
Founded in 2010, EATI counts on 199 “Academicians” and more than 1300 members to organize scientific conferences, workshops and seminars, and to publish a dedicated journal, OncoImmunology.
Seerave Foundation
Seerave is on a mission to improve cancer patients’ lives by leveraging the symbiosis between their immune system and the microbiome.
We do this by supporting collaborative, cross-disciplinary academic endeavors and early-stage ventures turning scientific insights into novel clinical tools.
Our project portfolio is built around international alliances of world-leading institutions, visionary scientists and entrepreneurs.

Centre de Recherche des Cordeliers
The Centre de Recherche des Cordeliers (CRC) is a public research center of excellence located in the heart of Paris. CRC develops fundamental, translational and clinical research in the field of biology and health. CRC’s research projects are multidisciplinary, mainly in the fields of oncology, immunology, the study of metabolism and the major physiological functions of the body.
In January 2025, CRC has more than 500 people working in 16 teams in three departments with 3 ISO9001-certified technology platforms. CRC is headed by Professor Jessica Zucman-Rossi, a specialist in oncology and tumor genomics.
The Centre de Recherche des Cordeliers is administrated by Inserm, Sorbonne Université, and Université Paris Cité, with the participation of the CNRS and Université Sorbonne Paris Nord.
